Spring Salad

A bright and beneficial salad packed with seasonal veg and local microgreens! Watermelon radish, red radish, carrots, cucumbers, and greens topped with an array of mustard, amaranth, broccoli microgreens. Served with a Medical Medium citrus honey dressing.
