Ingredients:   Mushrooms, lentils, leeks, coconut milk, coconut oil, parsley, lemon, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper.  Pastry flour (brown rice flour, potato flour, sorghum flour, tapioca flour, coconut oil, salt)
