A medical Medium recipe. Red cabbage, carrot, scallion, and ginger sauteed and stuffed in a house-made cassava based wrapper, then steamed. Seared in avocado oil and served with a typical dumpling sauce with coconut aminos, sesame oil and scallion.
OIL FREE dumplings are served steamed, with toasted sesame seeds in place of sesame oil.
FAT FREE / SALT FREE will be topped with fresh cilantro and scallion.
